A recognised, iconic design practice, that are famed for their innovative and design-led projects around the globe, is seeking a highly organised and personable Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support one of their Partners. This is a significant role within the studio that involves coordinating a busy Partner’s schedule, handling calls/emails, supporting project teams, managing and organising meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes. You will also be responsible for organising travel and events and team building activities. The ideal person will have previous experience supporting a high-level professional, preferably in a creative environment and will have strong administrative skills and is able to communicate well at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the Partner’s busy schedule
  • Handle urgent calls and emails
  • Involvement in tracking project timesheets and project documentation
  • Support project teams with budget management and other ad hoc support
  • Prepare research and take minutes for meetings
  • Manage travel, events and related documentation
  • Organise team bonding events
Key Skills/Requirements:
  • Previous experience supporting a high-level individual with a medium-large organisation, ideally within a creative environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask
  • Previous experience using CRM systems
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
