The Crowd is working with a trailblazing, large international architecture practice, that are looking for a Commercial Project Manager to join them on a temporary / contract basis. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic professional with an architectural background and experience working on large-scale projects.
In this role, you will take ownership of cost management, billing, and forecasting, ensuring projects run smoothly from concept to completion. You will collaborate closely with internal design teams, finance, and leadership, acting as a key liaison to align creativity and commercial targets. This is a great opportunity to join one of the global leaders in architecture and design, where you will play a pivotal role within the company, working closely with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Key Responsibilities:- Manage project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting
- Lead billing and resourcing processes with precision and clarity
- Support accurate project forecasting and decision-making
- Liaise with senior management and design leads to support project delivery
- Communicate between departments to keep projects on track and on budget
- Background in architecture, design, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within a creative or technical environment
- Strong Excel skills and confidence in handling complex data
- Experience with Deltek is an advantage
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
