About The Role :

We’re partnering with a mid-sized multi-disciplinary creative consultancy working at the intersection of design, place, and the built environment. As they continue an exciting period of growth following their most successful year to date, they are now hiring an Operations Manager in London , a newly created, business-critical role.

In this role, you’ll work closely with leadership, especially the Commercial Director, but also with creative, delivery, BD, finance and people teams. You’ll be the person who joins the dots, smooths the edges, and keeps everything moving. This role is ideal for someone who can keep the engine running smoothly, spot where processes could work harder, and make sure teams have what they need to deliver great work.
