About The Role: The Crowd are partnering with a mid-sized, ambitious and growing architecture and design studio that is seeking a Midweight Graphic Designer with experience in the architecture / built environment to join their social and friendly team in London. In this role, you will play a key part in developing compelling pitches and proposals, as well as delivering high-quality campaign materials across both print and digital platforms. You will also be involved in creating impactful environmental graphics and maintaining consistent brand guardianship across all channels. Working closely with the wider team, you will help bring ideas to life from concept through to execution, contributing to a collaborative and creative studio culture. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong design skills, be highly proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, and have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
- Attend internal meetings to help identify project opportunities
- Create compelling proposal documents that reflect the project aesthetic and narrative
- Develop stand out print and campaign collateral
- Create concept branding, signage and art installations whilst liaising closely with the wider team
- Apply brand identity and contribute towards the wider ambition of the company
- Research design trends to help incorporate into your work
Key Skills / Requirements
- Previous experience in graphic design is essential and experience working within the architecture / built environment
- Strong software skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, MS Office
- Possess a creative energy with spark, enthusiasm and drive and have the ability to communicate a compelling visual narrative
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work to your own initiative and meet deadlines
- Collaborative and outgoing by nature
