Help grow a safer, cleaner, healthier future for everyone, every day. We are looking to recruit to the Human Resources department a HR Assistant to contribute to delivering company growth goals. This is a local part-time role (20h p/w split over 4 or 5 days M-F) reporting to the Head of HR.

You will:

  • Own administrative duties related to employee HR record keeping, this will include Workday records.
  • Drive recruitment of diverse candidates.
  • Onboard new employees to Crowcon.
  • Deliver on projects as assigned by Head of HR.
  • Assist Head of HR in ER cases (e.g. take notes, prepare letters under guidance).
  • Become a knowledge guru and champion of all company benefits.
  • Prioritise your workload.
  • Continuously look for improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with payroll team to ensure relevant employee data is passed on.

Your skills & experience:

  • Experience in HR role.
  • A level 3 (or higher) in Human Resources OR willingness to work towards one (either via Apprenticeship or CIPD route).
  • Good attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Experience in recruitment (desirable).
  • A resilient mindset and drive to make a difference.
