A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Assistant to join our Facilities team here in Caterham.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You will help manage Planned Preventative Maintenance carried out by external contractors, while also handling reactive maintenance tasks for the building, including general repairs, alterations, redecoration, and refurbishment work.

Skills & knowledge you’ll bring:

  • Previous experience in property maintenance or facilities role.
  • Practical knowledge of basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting).
  • Previous experience carrying out routine inspections.
  • Understanding of health and safety and safe working practices.
  • Good problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Full, clean driving licence.
