Croudace Homes Limited is seeking a Surveying Technician Apprentice to join our team in Theale, starting 21 September 2026.
You will support the Commercial team with subcontractor payments, tender enquiries, cost monitoring, and site visits to live construction projects.
You will gain hands-on experience while working toward a recognised qualification, in a role based four days per week in the office with one day for off-site learning, and travel to Southampton for a weekly training day.
