What you’ll be doing:
- Establish and maintain the adoptions schedule, including the legacy portfolio and incorporate upcoming adoption projects.
- Flag and monitor bond overrun risks and set strategies to resolve and remove overrun projects with direction and agreement of the Technical Manager and Director.
- Manage communication with all stakeholders in the adoption process for highways, drainage, open space, utilities and any other relevant adoption.
