Croudace Homes is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join our Technical team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, based at the Letchworth office with regular visits to live development sites.
You will provide technical design expertise, produce detailed working drawings, manage technical approvals, and liaise with internal teams and external consultants. You will also mentor junior colleagues and help ensure developments remain buildable and compliant.
