We are currently looking for a Conveyancer to join our Legal team in our Caterham, Surrey offices. The Conveyancer will work closely with the business to deliver the Company's plot sales targets.
Responsibilities- Manage your own plot sales files from instruction to completion.
- Deal with the acquisition and sale of part exchange properties.
- Liaise with the Sales Departments regularly and keep key personnel updated on progress.
- Substantial work experience within either the property department of a private law firm.
- Sound knowledge of the legal, administrative and financial matters involved in a property transaction.
- Property Law qualification (Licensed Conveyancer, ILEX or similar) desirable but not essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships.
