The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a CAD Technician to join our professional Design Department based either in our Caterham office or Letchworth office. Your primary responsibility will be to support our Architecture and Planning teams in the preparation of masterplans, streetscenes, and house type drawings for planning applications.
Some of your key responsibilities:
- Working on residential projects of various sizes
- Production of planning application packages
- Maintaining and updating CAD standards
- Working in close conjunction with other team members and departments
Requirements:
- At least 2 years’ experience working as a CAD technician in the Built Environment.
- Proven ability on Autocad including specialised toolset (Autocad Architecture)
- Ability on Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator) and Sketchup would be beneficial but not essential as training can be provided.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work within a team environment.
- Knowledge and experience on Revit will be beneficial but not essential.
