An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Architectural Technologist to join our professional Technical Team in Letchworth, Hertfordshire. Reporting to the Technical Manager your primary responsibility will be to prepare and issue detailed house type designs in accordance with the agreed Programme, which meet the Company standards and requirements and all relevant regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Qualified up to at least HNC level or a minimum of 4 years relevant work experience.
- Excellent IT skills including awareness of packages such as Autocad.
- Knowledge of current building regulations and NHBC requirements.
- Ability to produce detailed working drawings.
- Working towards CIAT.
