We are currently looking for a Sales Consultant to join our team, based at our development in Didcot. The hours associated with this role are 10am-5.30pm, working Saturday-Wednesday.

What you'll be doing:

  • Welcome customers, identify their needs and provide knowledgeable guidance on new homes, pricing, and local area information.
  • Respond promptly to all enquiries, dispatch brochures, manage CRM entries, and maintain up-to-date availability information.
  • Conduct property viewings, support customers with selections (fixtures, fittings, finishes), and keep them informed throughout the build and legal process.
  • Accurately input reservations, cancellations, and property details into the Sales System; produce and issue relevant customer correspondence.
  • Monitor reservation progress to ensure exchange deadlines are met and complete pre-completion, handover procedures, and documentation.
  • Maintain high standards of presentation across the marketing suite, stock plots, signage, and customer-facing materials.
  • Carry out competitor research, provide monthly market reports, and recommend pricing or sales actions to support targets.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and Site Manager through regular meetings and ensure compliance with Health & Safety, policies, and customer charters.
