Role Overview

The Retail Media Account Manager is a pivotal role within our Retail Media team, perfect for an analytical and creative digital marketing professional who thrives on driving results. You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management and performance of a portfolio of client accounts, translating strategy into flawless execution. You will work closely with our global network of freelancers, the Croudie Network, to ensure scalable, high‑quality campaign delivery. Beyond campaign execution, you will have the opportunity to help shape retail media best practices, mentor junior team members, and collaborate across teams to deliver on client Account Development Plans (ADPs). This role combines technical expertise, exceptional client management, and commercial acumen – giving you the chance to make a tangible impact on both our clients' growth and the agency's success.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver the day‑to‑day implementation of retail media campaigns for key clients, ensuring performance is optimised to meet targets.
  • Manage client budgets, ensuring accurate pacing and financial hygiene.
  • Utilise industry‑leading platforms such as Amazon Ads, Skai, Google Analytics, and Amazon Marketing Cloud to execute and measure campaigns.
  • Ensure all client accounts adhere to retail media best practice, monitoring and managing all hygiene factors.
  • Provide comprehensive campaign reporting and measurement on the effectiveness of all activity.
  • Ensure all client reports are delivered on‑time and to a high standard of accuracy.
  • Analyse campaign data to identify key insights, trends, and opportunities for performance improvement.
  • Share learnings and results with the wider Retail Media, Programmatic, Paid Social, PPC, and Analytics teams to drive performance and efficiencies.
  • Shape retail media best practices and create scalable, efficient processes to support the team's growth.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on new market tools, platforms, and retail media opportunities to enhance client strategies and our product offering.
  • Delegate and manage tasks through the Croudie Network to ensure efficient and high‑quality delivery.
  • Share insights on industry trends and innovations with the wider team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Person Specification

  • Experience in digital marketing with strong retail media knowledge (Amazon Ads, Skai, Google Analytics, Amazon Marketing Cloud).
  • Analytical and data‑driven, able to turn insights into optimised campaigns and measurable results.
  • Skilled at managing client budgets, expectations, and delivering campaigns that hit targets.
  • Confident working with a variety of stakeholders to deliver high‑quality, scalable campaigns.
  • Excellent communicator with a collaborative approach, able to mentor junior colleagues and work across teams.
  • Curious and proactive, staying ahead of industry trends, tools, and opportunities.
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced, client‑focused agency environment with a mix of technical, commercial, and strategic responsibility.

Standard hours are from 9.00 am to 5.30 pm; there is flexibility if agreed in advance with your line managers (it may also be necessary on occasions to work outside of these hours).
