Job Summary
The Coco PCN Home Visiting Paramedic is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Paramedic to make a meaningful difference to patients across the local community.
Working across patients homes and GP practices, you will provide high-quality, compassionate and patient-centred care, using your clinical expertise to assess, diagnose, treat and support patients with a wide range of health needs. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, working collaboratively and making a positive impact every day, this could be an excellent opportunity for you.

- Make appropriate referrals and onward care arrangements.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records.
- Participate in professional development, training and quality improvement.
