Crossways Community in Tunbridge Wells is seeking a compassionate full-time Support Worker to help residents with mental health challenges achieve greater independence. You will work as part of a dedicated team at our residential home, providing practical, emotional and social support to residents.
The role is 37.5 hours per week on a shift rota, with some out-of-hours shifts. Full training is provided; driving is required for resident transport and DBS checks apply.
