Crossways Community is seeking a full-time colleague for The Kitchen Table cafe in Tunbridge Wells. The role runs 37.5 hours weekly, 7.30am–3.30pm Tue–Sat, with a focus on compassionate service and leading by example in a busy, supportive environment.
You will take orders, handle the till, prepare food and drinks, and help maintain a safe, clean cafe. You’ll supervise staff, assist with supplies and admin, and uphold high standards of customer care.
