- Job Specification
- Day-to-day management of the properties, organising contractors and maintenance throughout the tenancy
- Arranging for gas safety certificates, EICRs, HMOs and all other legal certifications
- Overseeing the tenancy changeover period and the associated works
- Assisting with the lettings process from start to finish – advertising properties, managing enquiries, viewings, etc
- Preparing and sending tenancy documents for future tenants, managing deposit payments and registration

Requirements…
- Prior experience working in the property sector is desirable
- Full driving licence and access to own car
- Resident in Manchester with the right to work in the UK
- Starting in November 2025 with a temporary contract, with the expectation to become a permanent role at the end of 6 months.
- Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm, flexibility around core hours worked.
- Rostered Saturday cover with time in lieu.
- Occasional Sunday and evening hours during the busy periods (esp. November/early December and the changeover of tenancies in summer). Time in lieu.
