All our properties are owned and maintained in-house, and we are a close-knit and friendly team that takes pride in our work.

The office is in a Grade-II listed building, surrounded by beautiful gardens.

  • Job Specification
  • Day-to-day management of the properties, organising contractors and maintenance throughout the tenancy
  • Arranging for gas safety certificates, EICRs, HMOs and all other legal certifications
  • Overseeing the tenancy changeover period and the associated works
  • Assisting with the lettings process from start to finish – advertising properties, managing enquiries, viewings, etc
  • Preparing and sending tenancy documents for future tenants, managing deposit payments and registration

Requirements…

  • Prior experience working in the property sector is desirable
  • Full driving licence and access to own car
  • Resident in Manchester with the right to work in the UK
  • Starting in November 2025 with a temporary contract, with the expectation to become a permanent role at the end of 6 months.
  • Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm, flexibility around core hours worked.
  • Rostered Saturday cover with time in lieu.
  • Occasional Sunday and evening hours during the busy periods (esp. November/early December and the changeover of tenancies in summer). Time in lieu.
