This is an exciting opportunity to join the Crossroads team as a Graduate Trainee Truck Sales Executive, where you’ll gain hands-on experience, industry knowledge, and all the coaching you need to become a successful commercial vehicle sales professional.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting senior sales staff with quotations, product information and customer enquiries.
- Building relationships with new and existing customers.
- Developing a strong understanding of commercial vehicles, specifications, and customer needs.
- Visiting customers alongside experienced team members.
- Learning how to manage accounts, identify opportunities, negotiation to closing the sales process.
- Gaining exposure to the operational side of the business to understand how our products support customers.
