Crossroads Truck & Bus Ltd is the Volvo Truck and Bus specialists across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. We provide a total transport solution for the industry, from new trucks to used trucks, and parts and servicing for trucks, buses and trailers. We are recruiting a Workshop Support Unit Administrator to join our fantastic team at our Birstall depot. This exciting and challenging role will entail planning and organisation. The successful candidate will have a positive, ‘can do’ attitude & willingness to work as part of an effective team. You should be a good team player and exceed customer expectations in delivering a 1st class service. Communication internally and externally will be a key requirement.

Requirements:

  • Working alongside our service team the successful candidate will be responsible for workshop hours loading.
  • Workshop hours availability.
  • Customer updates.
  • Management of major repairs and workshop costings.
  • Ensuring maintenance of equipment and checks within the workshop.
  • Flow of working in progress.

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 08.30am until 17.30pm

Commercial experience in a similar environment or previous experience within a similar role would be preferable however full training will be given.
