Crossroads Truck & Bus Ltd is the Volvo Truck and Bus specialists across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. We provide a total transport solution for the industry, from new trucks to used trucks, and parts and servicing for trucks, buses and trailers.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a hybrid Workshop Support Unit (WSU) supporting both parts and service duties at our Lincoln depot. Working alongside our current parts and service team, the successful candidate will be responsible for a range of duties supporting these two functions. From organising parts and arranging the pre-pick process to ensuring the customer is kept up to date with vehicle repairs, ensuring the main dealer way of working is followed.

You must be a great team player and exceed customer expectations in delivering a 1st class service. As a WSU, you must have a positive, β€˜can do’ attitude, and willingness to work as part of an effective team. Commercial experience in a similar environment or previous experience within a similar role would be a distinct advantage; however, full training will be provided. Communication, both internal and external, is key within this role.

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 07.30am until 16.30pm (office based position).
