Crossroads Truck & Bus Ltd is the Volvo Truck and Bus specialists across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. We provide a total transport solution for the industry, from new trucks to used trucks, and parts and servicing for trucks, buses and trailers.

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team at our Boroughbridge depot.

Key Requirements
  • A strong team player with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strive to exceed customer expectations by providing a first-class experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Commercial experience in a similar environment or previous experience in a comparable role is highly desirable, however full training will be provided.
Hours

Alternate weeks Monday to Friday: 7am - 4pm / 9am - 6pm. Alternate Saturday’s 8am - 12noon.

Overview of the Role
  • Book vehicles in for repair and servicing using our planner and liaising closely with our workshop and parts team.
  • Liaise with the customer in giving regular updates on vehicle progress, seek authority to carry out further repairs and ensure the customer has all the required paperwork.
  • Proactively contact customers after work is completed to ensure satisfaction and maintain our Customer Satisfaction.
