As a Residential Coach, you will play a vital role in helping clients develop the skills and confidence needed to achieve greater independence.

Working directly with individuals living with serious mental health conditions, you will provide guidance and encouragement in areas such as daily living skills, medication self-management, personal wellness, self-care, and community participation.

Your support will help clients build practical tools to overcome challenges and achieve their personal recovery goals.
