We have 2x 25 hour per week roles available covering one or some of the areas above.

The role:

As a Support Worker, you will be supporting older individuals in their own homes, local communities, or both, working day shifts starting at 7am / later shifts between 4-10pm / working every other weekend. As well as supporting people with their own personal routines, which could involve personal care, medication and moving and handling, you will be supporting people to do the things that matter to them - whether that be puzzles and games at home, shopping for food or other items or going swimming or bowling in the local community.

Experience is not essential as we provide full training. A great Support Worker however should have the following qualities:

  • Empathetic and caring nature
  • Good team working skills
  • Ability to use initiative and prioritize work
  • Be reliable and patient

A driving license and access to a vehicle is essential.
