About the Role
- Strategically identify and cultivate opportunities across community, corporate, trusts and foundations, individual giving, and legacies, transforming them into lasting partnerships.
- Create compelling proposals and project plans to secure significant funding, ensuring the success of both current and future initiatives.
- Be a key driver of growth, turning innovative ideas into sustainable income streams.

To be considered for this role, you will require the following skills and competencies:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience gained.
- Proven experience in fundraising.
- Experience of working for a charity or health-related organisations.
- A track record of establishing, leading, and growing a broad range of income streams and delivering successful fundraising strategies which achieve significant uplift in income generation for an organisation.
- Previous line-management experience.
- A track record in developing strong internal and external relationships and partnerships.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and collaborative by nature.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and innovative, capable of working on their own and as part of a team.
- Budgeting Incomes and expenditure, ROI.
