Crossroads Care NI is seeking Young Carers Support Workers to organise and supervise outings for young carers in the local communities of Northern Ireland. The role involves collecting carers from home and transporting them to activities, then returning them home at the end of the outing.
Ideally you will have a full UK driving licence (business use insured) and be resident in the advertised area. The role offers flexible, part-time hours and a chance to support vulnerable young people.
