Urgent Care ManagerOffice base: Crossroads Care Kent office, WateringburyFull time 37 hours per week, Monday to FridaySalary competitive DOEWe now have a fantastic opportunity to join our West Kent Care management team.
In this fast-paced role, the Urgent Care Manager will provide day-to-day operational leadership of the Urgent Care service, working closely with partners to deliver a responsive and effective service.
The role will take responsibility for developing and promoting the Urgent Care service, ensuring that contractual requirements, organisational standards, safeguarding and regulatory expectations are met, along with presenting regular service delivery reporting and projections. The role includes the line management and support of a team of Urgent Care staff. Essential requirements: A minimum of 2 years management experience in health and social care, qualified to NVQ L3 is essential; and commitment to working towards Level 5 management qualification. A full driving licence with use of own car is required for the role.
