We now have wake night opportunities available for NVQ 3 qualified candidates to join our fantastic Urgent Care service in East Kent as Senior Carer Support Workers. The team are responsible for providing high quality rapid response care to carers and their families. Situations may involve supporting a family at end of life or during an acute episode to avoid hospital admission or to support on discharge from hospital. The role is varied and often no two nights are the same. A Senior Carer Support Worker on our experienced Urgent Care Team requires flexibility, confidence, and capability to deal with challenges and step into situations quickly with new families. The opportunities we have are: Senior Carer Support Worker Nights 10 hour waking night shifts at £15.11 per hour weeknights, £16.11 per hour weekend nights. Guaranteed Hours available of minimum 30 hours per week on a 4 on 4 off rota. Senior Carer Support Worker Weekend Nights 10 hour waking weekend night shifts at £16.11 per hour. Part Time – Guaranteed 20 hours a week for two weekend nights Saturday & Sunday.
