As a Relief Senior Care Worker in our care home, you will help lead the delivery of safe, person centred care for older people. Supporting the team during your shift, you will ensure residents receive consistent care while contributing to the smooth running of the service.
- Supporting residents with personal and intimate care
- Acting as a key worker and supporting care planning
- Monitoring residents' health and wellbeing
- Supporting and guiding colleagues during the shift
- Ensuring care records and reports are completed accurately
- Supporting the organisation of the shift where required
You will bring experience in care and the confidence to step into a senior role when supporting different shifts. You will demonstrate a calm and supportive approach while maintaining high standards of care. You will hold an SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care. Basic IT skills are required for recording information and completing training.
