As a Care Worker in our care home, you will support older people overnight, helping maintain comfort, respond to needs and ensure a safe and well organised environment throughout the night. Working alongside colleagues, you will deliver consistent and person centred care during night shifts.
What your night will look like:
- Monitoring residents and responding to call bells
- Supporting personal care and comfort where required
- Maintaining safety and security within the service
- Completing night time records and reports
- Working night shifts as part of a rota
You are reliable and committed to delivering high quality care in a care home setting. Previous experience in care is helpful but not essential as training will be provided. You will be willing to gain an SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care with support provided and able to follow clear procedures and routines.
