The Role

We are looking for a Relief Support Worker to provide flexible support across our mental health service. This role is ideal if you’re seeking work that fits around other commitments while still making a real difference. You will support adults experiencing mental health challenges, offering practical and emotional support to promote wellbeing, recovery, and independence. As a relief worker, you’ll step in to cover shifts as needed, working with a consistent values-led approach within established teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing person-centred support based on individual needs and recovery goals
  • Assisting with everyday activities while encouraging choice and independence
  • Supporting people to access their local community and social networks
  • Observing and sharing any changes in wellbeing with the wider team
  • Working alongside colleagues, professionals, and families when required
  • Completing clear records and following organisational policies and procedures
