As a Senior Care Worker with CrossReach, you will play a key role in leading and supporting a care team that delivers high-quality, person-centred care to older people. You will set the standard on shift, bringing calm leadership, compassion and professionalism to ensure care is delivered with dignity, respect and consistency. What your role will involve Leading and supporting care staff, including rota planning and allocation of duties Providing management cover and ensuring a safe, welcoming and well-run environment Overseeing care planning, medication management and quality standards Supervising, appraising and supporting staff development and learning Promoting wellbeing through respectful, person-centred care and positive leadership About you You are a confident and compassionate leader who supports others with clarity, empathy and integrity. You are comfortable taking responsibility, making decisions and leading by example. This role requires the post holder to have a Christian faith and to work within and uphold the Christian ethos of CrossReach. You will hold an SVQ Level 3 in Social Care and be willing to work towards PDA Supervision, PDA Medication, SVQ Level 4 and the Workplace Assessor Award. You will have basic IT skills, be registered with the SSSC and be a member of the PVG Scheme.
