As a Senior Care Worker in our care home, you will support the delivery of safe, consistent and person centred care for older people. Working as part of the leadership team on shift, you will help guide colleagues and ensure the service runs smoothly.

You will be reliable, organised and confident supporting colleagues within a busy care environment. You will value teamwork and understand the importance of delivering consistent, person centred care. You will hold an SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care. Basic IT skills are required for completing records and mandatory training.
