The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 € per hour.

As a Care Worker in our care home, you will support older people overnight, helping maintain comfort, respond to needs and ensure a safe and well organised environment throughout the night. Working alongside colleagues, you will deliver consistent and person centred care during night shifts.

What your night will look like:

  • Monitoring residents and responding to call bells
  • Supporting personal care and comfort where required
  • Maintaining safety and security within the service
  • Completing night time records and reports
  • Preparing clear handovers for the day team
  • Working night shifts as part of a rota

About you:

You are reliable and committed to delivering high quality care in a care home setting. Previous experience in care is helpful but not essential as training will be provided. You will be willing to gain an SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care with support provided and able to follow clear procedures and routines. Basic IT skills are required for maintaining accurate records. You will be required to join the PVG Scheme and register with the SSSC, or be willing to do so.
