As a Relief Care Worker, you'll support older people to live with dignity, independence and comfort. You'll work across shifts as needed, helping residents with daily routines, personal care and companionship while providing high-quality support when it's needed most. Whether you're experienced in care or looking for a new direction, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Support residents with personal care and day-to-day living
- Assist with meals and promote nutrition and hydration

About you
You will be kind, dependable and able to adapt to different situations and shifts. You'll enjoy helping others and understand the importance of treating every resident with dignity, respect and compassion. Previous experience in care is welcome but not essential. We're equally interested in people with the right values, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. You will hold, or be willing to work towards, an SVQ Level 3 in Social Services and Healthcare. This role requires membership of the PVG Scheme and registration with the SSSC.
