What Your Day Will Look Like

  • Supporting residents with personal and intimate care
  • Acting as a key worker and supporting care planning
  • Administering medication safely and accurately
  • Monitoring residents’ health and wellbeing
  • Supporting and guiding colleagues during the shift
  • Ensuring care records and reports are completed accurately
  • Working alongside health professionals and families
  • Supporting the organisation of the shift where required

About You

You will bring experience in care and the confidence to step into a senior role when supporting different shifts. You will demonstrate a calm and supportive approach while maintaining high standards of care. You will hold an SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care. Basic IT skills are required for recording information and completing training. You must be a member of the PVG Scheme and registered with the SSSC, or willing to join and register. This post requires you to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undergo the necessary vetting checks. You will also be required to be registered with SSSC and it is your professional responsibility to ensure that you meet the standards and criteria for registration. You must have a Christian faith and be able to work within and uphold our Christian Ethos.
