As a Night Care Worker with CrossReach, you will support older people living with dementia through calm, reassuring and compassionate care overnight. Your presence will help residents feel safe, settled and supported during the quieter hours, when reassurance matters most. What your role will involve * Supporting personal care and comfort overnight * Responding sensitively to night-time confusion or distress * Monitoring wellbeing and maintaining a safe environment * Completing night-time records and handovers What we are looking for You are caring, patient and reliable, with a genuine interest in supporting older people living with dementia. You will have basic IT skills to support record keeping and training, and be willing to register with the SSSC and join the PVG Scheme. Around six months’ experience supporting people living with dementia is desirable. You will also be respectful of the Christian ethos of CrossReach and able to work within it.
