CrossReach is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for our Community Support and Holiday Service in Scotland. You will help adults with learning disabilities build confidence, develop independence and enjoy fulfilling lives, including supporting access to work, education and leisure and accompanying holidays.
You will work as part of a supportive team, maintain accurate records, and promote dignity and person-centred support, while following PVG and SSSC requirements to ensure safe, holistic care.
