Job Description

As a Housekeeping Assistant with CrossReach, you’ll help create a clean, safe and welcoming environment where everyone feels comfortable and at home. You’ll make sure bedrooms, bathrooms and shared spaces are well cared for and inviting, supporting the health and wellbeing of the people who live here.

Each day will bring something different. You might clean bedrooms and communal areas, change bed linen or help keep things organised. You’ll notice what needs attention, take care to keep everything running smoothly and work closely with a friendly, supportive team to maintain a calm, homely atmosphere.

You’re reliable, take pride in your work and enjoy keeping things clean, tidy and welcoming. You bring a kind, respectful approach and work well as part of a team. You have an eye for detail and are happy to learn new skills.

You don’t need to have worked in a care setting or hold any qualifications. We’ll provide all the training you need to feel confident in your role. What matters most is your attitude, being dependable, caring and committed to doing your best.
