Job Description As a Relief Care Worker, you'll step in to provide high-quality care and support when it's needed most. Your flexibility will help ensure residents continue to receive the compassionate, person-centred care they deserve, while giving you the freedom to work around other commitments. Support residents with personal care and daily living activities Assist with meals and encourage healthy nutrition and hydration Provide companionship, reassurance and emotional support Maintain accurate records and uphold high standards of care You will be compassionate, patient and flexible, with a genuine desire to help others. Previous experience in care is welcome but not essential. We're equally interested in people who share our values and want to make a positive difference in the lives of older people.
