Tucked away near Lennoxtown with open countryside all around, Finniescroft Farm is more than just a home. It is a place where children and young people can feel part of something, with space to grow and people to support them. Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with complex needs? We need a dedicated Children’s Worker to provide high-quality care in residential and community settings. You will work with a team to deliver tailored activities, offer daily care for those with complex needs, and manage health and medication according to care plans. As a Keyworker, you will develop and review care plans, support families, record care details, and help children access services while promoting social inclusion.

Ideally, you should have an SVQ3 in Social Services (Children & Young People) and HNC level or be committed to achieving these. Experience with disabilities and understanding child development is desirable. A genuine interest in working with children with disabilities and respect for our ethos are essential. PVG Scheme membership and necessary vetting checks are required.
