As an Administrator, you will play an important role in supporting the day to day running of the service. Your work helps ensure colleagues have the information, resources and systems they need to deliver high quality support. This is a varied and practical role where organisation, accuracy and reliability are essential.

What Your Day Will Look Like

  • Processing invoices, expenses and donations in line with financial procedures
  • Managing petty cash, banking tasks and monthly reconciliations
  • Maintaining accurate staff and service user records, including rotas
  • Providing reception cover and responding to enquiries professionally
  • Organising meetings, managing diaries and booking venues
  • Preparing reports, letters, minutes and other written materials
  • Supporting recruitment by issuing application packs and arranging interviews
  • Maintaining filing systems and ensuring information materials are up to date and accurate

About You

You will bring strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage a varied workload independently. Experience working with financial information is essential, along with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. You communicate clearly, maintain a professional and welcoming approach when dealing with colleagues and visitors, and understand the importance of handling information confidentially and accurately. Your reliability and ability to prioritise tasks will help ensure the service runs smoothly each day. You will be required to join the PVG Scheme.
