What You’ll Do

  • Manage day to day financial processing and budget monitoring
  • Oversee petty cash, banking and monthly reconciliations
  • Process invoices, expenses and donations
  • Maintain accurate records for income, expenditure and service user allowances
  • Liaise with external agencies and finance teams to resolve queries
  • Provide administrative support including filing, reception cover and meeting arrangements
  • Prepare reports, letters and minutes
  • Maintain information systems and ensure compliance with organisational standards

You will bring experience working with financial information, strong organisational skills and confidence using Microsoft Office. You will communicate clearly, work accurately to deadlines and present a warm, professional manner. You will also meet PVG and Disclosure requirements and be comfortable supporting a wide range of administrative and financial tasks.
