As a Care Worker in our care home, you will play a key role in supporting older people overnight, helping ensure comfort, safety and reassurance throughout the night. Working as part of the night team, you will follow clear routines and provide consistent care during overnight shifts.
What your night will look like:
- Supporting residents with personal and intimate care where required
- Supporting hydration and comfort needs overnight
- Working night shifts on a rota basis
You are reliable and committed to delivering high quality care in a care home setting. Experience in care is welcome but not essential, as full training will be provided. If you do not already hold an SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, you will be supported to work towards this qualification. Basic IT skills are required for record keeping and training.
