Job Description
As a Relief Care Worker, you'll provide practical support, encouragement and companionship to older people, helping them live safely, comfortably and with dignity. Support residents with personal care and daily living activities
Assist with meals and encourage good nutrition and hydration
Promote independence, choice and wellbeing
Provide companionship, reassurance and emotional support
Maintain accurate records and follow care procedures and best practice
You will be caring, reliable and adaptable, with a genuine commitment to supporting older people. Previous experience in care is welcome but not essential. You will hold, or be willing to work towards, an SVQ Level 3 in Social Services and Healthcare. New to care?
We'll provide a full induction, ongoing training and support to help you build your confidence and develop your skills.
