What You’ll Be Doing Supporting people with daily tasks like personal care, mobility, and mealtimes Encouraging independence and wellbeing through meaningful activity Helping maintain a warm, clean and respectful living environment Building trusting relationships and working closely with families and health professionals Contributing to care plans and attending team meetings Responding to emergencies calmly and with confidence Working on a rota, including evenings and weekends What You’ll Bring A kind heart and a practical, can-do approach Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team Basic IT skills for care notes and e-learning A willingness to learn — you don’t need to have a qualification in care to start Ideally, SVQ Level 3 in Social Services and Healthcare — or a commitment to work towards it (we’ll support you all the way) Respect for our Christian ethos, and a readiness to work in line with values of dignity, compassion and fairness We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, life experiences and walks of life.
