You're showing up for someone who needs support, encouragement or a bit of routine. Whether it's helping with everyday tasks, listening when things feel overwhelming, or simply being a calm presence your work makes a real difference. You'll help people feel seen, respected and capable of taking their next steps. And you'll do it as part of a team that values care, consistency and compassion.

• Provide emotional and practical support
• Help people build confidence and routine
• Support day-to-day tasks and goal setting
• Good communication and basic digital skills
• SVQ Level 2 in Social Care or a willingness to work towards Level 3
• Some experience in care or a genuine desire to learn
