We are looking for a Relief Support Worker to provide flexible support across our mental health service. You will support adults experiencing mental health challenges, offering practical and emotional support to promote wellbeing, recovery, and independence.
- Providing person-centred support based on individual needs and recovery goals
- Supporting people to access their local community and social networks
- Observing and sharing any changes in wellbeing with the wider team
- Completing clear records and following organisational policies and procedures
Experience in care or mental health settings is welcomed but not essential; full training and induction will be provided.
