What You Will Do
- Plan, organise and deliver a variety of activities that suit residents' interests and abilities.
- Arrange outings and special events that encourage social interaction.
- Work with individuals and groups to promote physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families and colleagues.
- Ensure activities are tailored to personal care plans and adapt to individual needs.
What You Will Bring
