CrossReach is seeking compassionate care staff to support residents in daily living activities in a role focused on person-centred care and emotional support. You will assist with meals, promote independence and encourage participation in hobbies, while building trusting relationships with residents and families.
Experience in care is welcome but not essential. Candidates should be committed to CrossReach’s Christian Ethos and willing to work towards SVQ Level 3 in Social Services.
